The Laptop Key Cap This is the piece of plastic that has the letter on it.
	The Key Retainer Clip The plastic or metal sisscor clip pieces that hold the keyboard key cap to the base of the keyboard.
	The Rubber Cup This is the piece of rubber or plastic that acts as the spring to rebound the key after you press it.

My son loves our sony vaio NR laptop too, he decided to remove the I, O, and arrows keys off our keyboard, I am soooo glad I was able to buy these sony laptop keyboard keys from you guys, i didnt think I could do it at first, but the installation of these replacement keys were a snap... literally.. hehe.
